That does sound like a serious problem. Unfortunately, you've selected an inappropriate forum in which to describe it. The "Access" in the title of this forum refers to the Access application which is part of Office or whatever name is currently en vogue. Access is used to create relational database applications. Teams, of course, is a totally separate application and the participants in THIS forum are not really a good resource for Teams problems.
I would urge that you seek out a forum dedicated to Teams in order to ask for assistance with Teams. That being said, I know that what is termed "accessibility" is a high priority for Microsoft and I'm sure they'll be happy to respond in the appropriate Teams forum.
